Delicious Meals

Our guests dine under cathedral ceilings while enjoying stunning mountain views. Meals are served in one of the three meeting rooms inside the Retreat Center Lodge.

During pleasant weather, guests may enjoy eating on the large outdoor balcony off the meeting rooms.

The large meeting space can accommodate up to 240 guests as a dining space. It can also be divided into three smaller rooms, Aspen, Willow, and Hidden Room, each accommodating about 80 people.

Breakfast

All breakfasts include a breakfast bar, fruit, cottage cheese, yogurt, milk, and orange juice. Additionally, please choose one of the following options:

• Breakfast Plate
  Eggs, sausage links or bacon, breakfast potatoes or hash-browns

• Pancakes
  Served with sausage links or bacon

• French Toast
  Served with Sausage Links or bacon

• Breakfast Burrito
  Eggs, sausage crumble, and potatoes served in a flour tortilla.

• Breakfast Sandwich
  Egg and sausage patties with cheese served on a croissant with a hash-brown patty

• Biscuits and Gravy
  Served with eggs and sausage links

• Baked Good
  Served with sausage links or bacon and eggs

Lunch

Lunch includes a salad bar with spring mix, a variety of toppings, and multiple dressings. Additionally, please choose one of the following options:

  Breaded chicken served in a wheat bun with fries or chips

• Grilled Chicken Sandwich
  Grilled chicken breast served on a wheat bun with fries or chips

• Hot Dogs
  Served with baked beans, fries or chips

• Sheet Pizza
  Made with marinara sauce, cheese, and various topping choices (e.g., pepperoni, diced ham, sausage crumble)

• Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup
  Hot off the griddle

• You-Build-It Sandwich
  Variety of deli meats and cheeses with a condiment bar selection served with chips

• Pulled Pork Sandwiches
  Served with baked beans and coleslaw or chips

• 5 Bean Chili
  Homemade and served with freshly made cornbread

Dinner

Dinner includes a salad bar with spring mix, a variety of toppings, multiple dressings, and desserts. Additionally, please choose one of the following options:

• Penne Pasta
  With red meat sauce served with a dinner roll and veggies

• Penne Chicken Alfredo
  Penne pasta in a chicken alfredo sauce served with a dinner roll and veggies

• Meat Loaf
  Made from scratch, served with mashed potatoes and gravy with a dinner roll and veggies

• Burrito Bar
  Ground beef, Spanish rice, black beans, or refried beans served on a flour tortilla

• Lasagna
  Served with a dinner roll and veggies

• Chicken Stir Fry
  Served with white rice

• Chicken Enchilada Casserole
  Served with refried beans or black beans
