Bye Bye Turkey, Hello Banana Bread

It was a quiet day at Monte Toyon Camp, so we decided to try some new recipes as we like to do when we have spare moments. We have already done what we can with turkey leftovers, so onward we went to try out something just as delicious, but in the sweet department.

When the banana bread came out of the oven it smelled delicious, and as we cut through–the chocolate was melty and gooey. The first bite was unbelievably good and definitely something we want to try to provide to our guests when they return. Until then enjoy these before and after photos.
