/In these continued challenging times, we at United Camps, Conferences & Retreats want to keep in touch with you and keep you informed about actions we are continuing to take at our sites. We are complying with all state and local laws and going the extra mile in preparation for your return. That’s why we want to keep you updated on a few items:
Protocols at Our Camp, Conference & Retreat Centers
At our sites, we are eager to make the space accommodating for physical distancing. This includes and is not limited to:
Adding lodging space (more cabins, buildings, or dorm rooms)
Adding tables in dining room and outdoors
Additional chairs in meeting rooms
6' spacing marked on floors for food service
Plated food service instead of buffet
Our site staff will work with you to make the space work for your group's needs
Sanitation stations
Encouraging tent & RV camping at sites that can accommodate
Reservations Process
We are working with you to the best of our ability to help facilitate your event taking place:
We are giving groups more time to decide about holding their events & signing a Use Agreement
