We have several indoor and outdoor places for you to gather for almost any size group. In addition to what you see here, each bedroom in Retreat Center Lodge has a sitting area for small groups and all the cabins have meeting areas. If you aren’t sure where is best for your group to meet, let our reservations team help you out, contact us today.

Retreat Center Lodge Meeting Rooms
The Retreat Center Lodge has a large meeting space which accommodate 240 guests. It can be used as a meeting hall for one large event, or be partitioned off into 3 separate meeting rooms for smaller groups events. When partitioned into 3 rooms, each room can hold about 80 guests.
When partitioned into three separate areas we refer to each room as: Longs Peak, Hidden Room and Mt. Meeker
In the photos below you can see how a quilting group partitioned off Mt. Meeker room. 3/4 of the room was set up for quilting and two round tables set up in the corner served as their dining area.

Retreat Center Lodge Lobby Area
If you are looking for a casual space to meet and chat, our lobby in the Retreat Center Lodge is an open space that has comfortable seating with beautiful views and a cozy fireplace. Feel free to use this area for your group to gather.
The Gathering Place
Multi-Purpose Room
This large multi-purpose room can accommodate about 150 people and be used for many different activities. It has a large open space which can be set up with chairs, tables or left open. There is an AV system and screens for projecting. This building is located near the games building in the area of the summer cabins and is just a short walk to Retreat Center Lodge.
The Gathering Place is the perfect meeting space for guests staying in the cabins.
Activity Center
Our activity center is a long building which has a game room, game tables and a clean up area. This is the perfect place to come have some fun.
Amphitheaters, Craft Room and Vespers
We have many areas for groups to gather outside when the weather is suitable. Check out our facility map to see the locations of these areas.
