There are five rooms in total—four rooms sleep eight people in bunk beds, and one room sleeps six people in bunk beds.
Each room has a bathroom.
Each side has a screened porch.
Total capacity is 38.
Guests must bring linens, towels, a pillow, and a blanket, or purchase them for $12.

Beeches Dorm
Four rooms, each sleeps up to 10 in bunk beds.
Each room has a bathroom.
A kitchenette with pots, pans, utensils, silverware, plates, bowls, a coffee maker, and a toaster.
Total Capacity is 40.
Guests must bring linens, towels, a pillow, and a blanket, or purchase them for $12.
