Andover Cottage
Andover Cottage accommodates up to 12 guests. This cottage includes five bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, living & seating areas, and a front porch. Bedroom 1 is downstairs. All others are upstairs.
Andover Cottage features both central heating and a fireplace for the cooler seasons, as well as air conditioning for the warmer seasons.
Andover Cottage Details
The cozy cottage includes pillows, pillowcases, comforters, and blankets for each guest. Bed sheets and bath towels are not provided, and it is up to each guest to bring their own. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, utensils, mugs, glasses, and cookware for you to prepare your own meals. Additionally, you will find a toaster oven, a coffee maker, and a microwave. Enjoy the indoor eating area or the enclosed back porch. There is also A TV monitor, yet without cable service or channels.
Bedroom 1 has one single bed, and 1A (adjoining) has one double bed.
Bedroom 2 features two single beds and one double bed.

Bedroom 5 features two single beds (bunk beds).

Boston Cottage
Boston Cottage accommodates up to 9 guests. This cottage features four bedrooms, one full bathroom, a half-bath, a full kitchen, living & dining areas, and a sunroom. All bedrooms are upstairs.
Boston Cottage offers central heat and air conditioning for the warmer months. There is a lovely sunroom for relaxing and front porch seating.

Bedrooms 1 & 2 are downstairs and are accessible, along with an accessible bathroom. The remaining bedrooms are located upstairs.
This cottage features central heating and a fireplace for the cooler months, as well as cooling window units for the warmer months. There are two decks, and the front porch has an accessibility ramp.
