Since 1970 United, Camps, Conferences, and Retreats has successfully managed and operated camp, conference, and retreat facilities throughout Northern California.  Our goal is to provide seamless customer service and hospitality to guests of the facility while managing the facility budget for regular maintenance and a break even or better annual position.

Professional Services

UCCR provides an onsite professional to manage staff, provide oversight of regulatory and compliance, oversight of food service, maintenance, property management, and project management of your facility. Our marketing and reservations department will increase use of your facility while still allowing you to use the facility for your programs. In addition to being supported by the marketing and reservations department, UCCR also provides oversight in human resource, finance/accounting, and project management. We are experienced in all phases of site construction and natural resource management, as well as what we term, "rescue" for those facilities that require a bit more planning before offering to user groups.
